The occupational wellbeing programme moves from a Sector 7 pilot to full campus coverage on an opt-out basis, making VGRIZ Industries the largest single deployment in the network.
VGRIZ Industries today confirmed that the Lethe occupational wellbeing programme has been extended to every neighbour on the Sector 4 campus, following a nine-month pilot in Sector 7. Enrolment is opt-out. Neighbours who do not wish to participate may decline at any point during the enrolment window, which closed on Friday.
The programme provides each participating neighbour with a nightly patch calibrated to their shift pattern. Group figures put pilot adherence at 96%, which Lethe attributes to the opt-out design and to the low administrative burden of a product that requires the wearer to do nothing but sleep.
Managers receive team-level adherence reporting. Individual clearance windows are not visible to managers.
Post-market monitoring across the deployment is conducted by Brightfield Research and reported quarterly. No finding arising from the pilot was classified as adverse.
