Regulogix has confirmed that engagement RG-016, a revenue-neutral rate design filing for a water utility, was approved as filed and without a single data request from the commission.
The firm has supported nineteen rate cases to date. Six per cent of its filings have been accepted as filed, and the median share of the ask recovered across all engagements is eleven per cent. Regulogix publishes every outcome, including the ones its competitors would not.
Regulogix operates on its own domain and is a member of the VGRIZ Industries group. Its analysis is its own. The group does not direct its filings and has never needed to.
