The Lamp Concern's Filament Brew returns to full distribution following a routine review, after the acceptable range was widened for the tenth time.
The tolerance schedule governing Filament Brew has been revised to revision ten, and the short precautionary pause on distribution has been lifted. Product held at depots has been released for sale and no stock has been withdrawn.
The schedule sets the acceptable range for the finished beverage. Every revision to date has widened that range. Group Operations describes this as the schedule maturing in line with a better understanding of the product, rather than as a change to the product, which has not been reformulated at any point in its history.
Mr. Whitmore continues to taste every batch personally, as he has daily for seven years. An occupational health assessment in 2023 found his sense of taste unimpaired though non-standard and recommended no action.
